They are so good about saying “yes!” to appt times and/or walk-ins. I’ve done plenty of both and they are consistently willing/able to accommodate. The owner and manager and staff are friendly, engaged and very good at what they do. The entire place runs on teamwork and makes the experience pleasant, seamless and never time-consuming…

If you’re looking for a custom nail design they really are the best in Oxford. Punctuality is about what I expect from nail salons (typically always a wait, even with an appointment), but that doesn’t mean it isn’t slightly irksome. Staff is nice, vibe is cute and clean.

I have been multiple times and never been seen sooner than 20 minutes after my actual appointment time. Most recently it took until an hour after my appointment time for someone to actually come start my pedicure. Hit or miss if upgrading is worth it, after an hour of waiting all of the “extra” scrubbing and massaging lasted about 60 seconds. Getting tired of it constantly being overbooked and lacking in quality experience.
