Rachel is the absolute best. Every time I leave, I feel like a million bucks. Just going into the salon will put you in a great mood. She is fun and knows how to do hair better than anyone I’ve ever gone to, including better than stylists in NYC and DC. Rachel gets my highest recommendation!
