Landlord didn't properly fix my AC when it was busted/leaking in the summer months. Called this company at 9:30 and they were at my house within two hours and fixed all the problems quickly. So happy I called these guys! Great service, kind and helpful to customers.

Our heat pump decided to quit cooling. I called Mr. Reynolds, and he came when he said he would (which was promptly). The problem was diagnosed and repaired within one hour. His service call was courteous and professional, and the cost was quite reasonable. This was my first call for such a problem since moving to Oxford, but I definitely know who I'll call next time!

Fast and high quality service. They emailed me a picture of the problem that needed to be fixed, so I could see exactly what was wrong make an informed decision about the necessary repairs. Highly recommended!
