The Oxford HOTWORX is the best gym in Oxford,MS. The workouts are amazing and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. Everyone who works out there is super friendly. I recommend this to all of my friends.
I have never found a gym that I immediately felt comfortable in until I found Hotworx! It is VERY beginner friendly and the instructional videos help tremendously on how to do the workouts and how to properly use the machines. Not to mention the staff members at the Oxford location are always excited to see everyone and help motivate you! Hotworx is by far the best gym I've ever been to and recommend to everyone to try once because after that you will want to keep coming back!
