Very kind and welcoming staff and manager. I had accident 4 days ago. I went to towing yard. Staff member came and helped me. She answered all my questions and informed me she will contact insurance company herself. She gave me her number in case i will have further questions. No waiting time, excellent customer service.
My daughter got in some trouble and got her vehicle towed. They were so nice to me and sent me an invoice to pay and how to pick up the vehicle. Thank you, thank you for your kindness.
The tow truck driver was very courteous. My vehicle was loaded with great care. The office billed the repair shop who charged me more than Chandler Towing quoted. When I called the owner of the Towing company the error was immediately corrected. In this case, All was well that ended well.
