Rebecca is a life saver. After having red hair for over 20 years she was able to quickly bring me to the blonde color I wanted and suggested low lights so it looks more natural and it’s awesome!! I could not be happier with my hair and her style of work with her cleanliness and always cleaning up after herself plus she’s a great host. Always asking if I need anything if I’m comfortable, etc. I can’t wait for my next appointment!!
I had a great experience at Ulta! My hairstylist Mollie was so attentive, really listened to what I wanted, and delivered amazing results. My hair turned out even better than I expected—highly recommend!
I usually love this ulta in olive branch but the customer service today was horrible no one asked to help i was looking for a particular product which i had to find a young lady who actually helped me the beauty consultant Joanna that checked me out had the nastiest attitude especially when I asked about my rewards she looked at me like I insulted her and just said yes and rolled her eyes the she just pointed to the screen about the credit card and didn't even acknowledge if i wanted it or not. Joanna is the reason I will not be back there to that location.
