Merry Maids

I was so disappointed in my cleaning services. The ladies were so nice and sweet, but they came the first time, stayed for 3 hours and did a fairly good job. I did notice a lot was missed, but I was told that they would pick up more the next time (in 2 weeks) because let's face it, my house wasn't super clean. They came back out 2 weeks later, and I left to get out of their hair. I came back 2 hours later and was shocked to find they had already left, and I couldn't tell anything was clean. My bathrooms were minimally cleaned. My living room was dusted. My shower still wasn't cleaned very well, and I had a dresser in my bedroom still not dusted (addressed at last appointment). The floors were not even swept or mopped. Kitchen counters not cleaned. They didn't clean the rug in my daughter's room but flipped it upside down to appear cleaner. I literally did more cleaning upon their arrival then they did while they were here. I have 3 dogs and an 8 month old and was so excited to get the extra help, but even for the price (which is cheap), it wasn't worth it.
