I can only speak on Knight refrigerated Memphis terminal. It has a small company atmosphere the DMs DDM and terminal manager they all know your name and talk to you with respect and not like a boss but a teammate they treat you like family and you will get the miles east cost to west coast just let your DM know what lanes you like. Keep up the good work Jake, Bryan, Jared , Josh.

I work here. The people I work with (My Support Team at Olive Branch) make all the difference in the world. They are really like an extended family to me. I've worked at allot of trucking companies and yes, I get upset here sometimes over messed up loads, but these folks at Olive Branch are AWESOME. I've tried other companies that promise the moon and give you a rock. I'm not saying it's for everyone, cause it's not, but they treat me like I'm family, and I treat them like family as well. It's a two way street. If you want to be rewarded, you can't have a bad attitude, and expect to be rewarded for that. My husband liked working for knight but got fired due to a seatbelt ticket which we payed for. We even liked his dispatcher Jared a really cool guy. I wish he still worked there. But now he not working at all. And we got evicted from our home since we couldn't pay the rent. But I would still suggest people give them a go they are one of the best companies we have found.
