After going to high-end salons for years and not getting what I expected nor requested, in addition to spending way too much money, I settled on Great Clips. I wouldn’t calling it “settling” after today’s experience. Michaela (the manager) listened, understood and then achieved exactly what I asked for! I am extremely grateful and exceptionally pleased. I’ll most definitely be seeing her again!
Michaela has been cutting my hair for more than two years now and she always does a great job doing exactly what I ask! I also recently got my hair cut by Alisha who did amazing as well. The stylists here are great at communicating with their clients.
Went there last Sunday and it was an excellent experience. I just moved to Olive Branch and we're desperately trying to find an OPEN hairstyle shop open at that time ( 3:30-4 pm) and this was the only one open or accepting clinics at that time.
We were so grateful and pleased because also we received a great service and attention and the price was very reasonable.
We'll be back for sure!
