I ordered the 3 x3 split fryer from PBT Smokers the summer of 2024. The smoker is made with superior material, and will last decades to come. It cooks phenomenally with hot even temperatures throughout the entire cooking process. The owner, Mr. Cortez Anderson, promised to have the fryer ready in two weeks, but had it ready in about 9 days. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time.
