I came to this nail shop for the second time and the same lady couldn’t give me service, Because I asked for a refill and fix one broken nail so she replied because of how my nails was shaped she didn’t have the nails to do my refill so there’s no need for them to open if they can’t do different shapes of nails … bad service all the way around Also I wouldn’t give them any stars at all

Came in and it was fairly empty. I asked for a gel manicure with design. I was seated and chose my nail color. Halfway through the manicure, the lady who was very rude asked what design I wanted. I showed her a picture and was told no they couldn’t do that design. I pulled up another picture with a simpler design and was told that I could not get a design unless I got a full acrylic set. I couldn’t get the service I wanted and was basically forced to pay for something i didn’t want. Additionally she didn’t use a nail dehydrator or primer for my polish and my manicure was gone within 5 days. I will never come back again.Service: Gel manicure

I asked for coffin and only 2 nails came out coffin all the rest are straight, none are the same height, and my polish is so see through even tho I got matte black... My feet still look terrible and my toe polish is so splotchy plus the water was ice cold. These were my prom nails and I’m crying right now! I had the young guy and he didn’t even speak to me at all. ?
