Dont waste your money! Took my niece to get her nails done for school they looked like Dollar General press ons! Of course I told them they had to fix it and they looked at the nails ....asking me what was wrong with them. I showed the tech the same picture we showed them prior to , it looked nothing like the picture, besides looking like press ons. The young girl that had to fix the nails was upset , rushing and aggressively pulling my niece's hands because of their screw up. They should close down if their not going to provide EVERY customer that walks through the door exactly the same services. PERIOD

𝗠𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘂𝘀. My 1st technician was bottom line extremely difficult, rude, & disrespectful :( . She would not provide the service I was asking for accurately/satisfactorily. She also got surprisingly upset after I mentioned something to her about it. I asked very politely if she could simply correct my shape while showing her photo demonstrations of my service request. Her exact response was “Here, you do it… fix it” as she threw a nail file down on the table. I actually tried to file one of my nails to my liking to see if I could maybe show her what my expectations were....read full review

Absolutely would not be coming back here ever again. I only came in for just a set of basic lilac acrylic nails. I got seated and waited about forty-five minutes or more. Just to be skipped three times and not be attended to until a female worker came up and asked me if I was doing nails. Then she proceeded to do the worst set of nails I have ever received in my twenty years of life. They were cut wrong, were not at all the same length, and she cut me while filing the nails. I had to go back and get them fixed. They lack professionalism and if I could leave zero stars I extremely would.
