I regretfully leave a negative review. Greentree is difficult to work with. I am asthmatic and I got into some weeds that aggravated my asthma. When I explained this, I made the mistake of admitting that I’ve also had nasal congestion; I was then told that I had to have a negative COVID-19 test in order to see the doctor. Meanwhile, I am sitting at home unable to work because of my asthma. This leaves me with the disturbing impression that Greentree cares more about their protocols than they do their patients. This being said, Dr. Johnston is a nice man and I enjoy visiting with him. He would do well to do away with regulations that prevent his patients from receiving the help that they need.
