Stopped in because we saw a billboard and were reluctant as our kids have a hard time finding boots that won’t break the bank (they are finally out of kid sizes). We were greeted with a smile and employees willing to actually help us and not just say, “let me know if you need anything.” My daughter had an issue with the insole of some she was trying on. Instead of telling us that she would just need to buy it as-is, they offered an off-the-rack set of insoles for her to try and then let us keep them. This shop is genuinely amazing. I came in on a Friday with a broken zipper on one of my suede boots. The gentleman checked them over, in 30 seconds was able to find a set of matching zips. Quoted me $27, and asked me to come back Monday. When I stopped by, they had the boots ready to do. Both zippers replaced and working great. Great value, and amazing quality, would totally recommend this shop!
