Nurse Practioner Kimberly Livings doesn't have a care in the world when it comes to a person work related injury. Her only concern was getting the patient back to work. Nevermind if the patient is in extreme pain or suffering from numbness and cannot sit or stand for a certain amount of time. Also she didn't care enough to allow me to get my CT scans done to know my injuries before returning me back to work. This is the worst office visit I've ever experienced. That 1 star is actually too much

Advertising rapid Covid testing, drive all the way there and told the are not doing it. The only explanation they can give as to why is not today… Very unfriendly at the front desk

This place sucks... doesn't let u know anything an keep u in the dark.. like really.. what type of clinic does that.. people are nice but very uninformed.. and don't keep u informed either..
