Do NOT go here!! I have yet to receive my Federal taxes and its been almost 8 MONTHS!!! That's not even the bad part, she NEVER returns calls...she has Yet to provide us with a correct tracking #, therefore we are unable to even see what's going on!!!! We Paid for for her services that have yet to be rendered!

Please don’t go to this location. The tax lady is very unprofessional and rude. She never answers the phone. I have left voice messages. She’s never at her office either. My dad has been waiting almost two months for a copy of his tax return. If you own a business. You should know how to treat people with respect.

Not even a half of a star would I give the person, Danielle Smith, running this business now.If she filled out your taxes and said they would be electronically sent, check with the IRS and be sure. She's lied to me for two months about mine being sent. Ended up telling me she mailed them, but they still have not been received by the IRS or the state. Not sure whats happening with her now, why she's doing people this way but numerous people have had this problem with her. She refuses to return tax documents and to give a refund for what she was paid.SHE IS A LIAR....BEWARE. Use someone legitimate to file your taxes, NOT this person....
