“My son had some cold like symptoms but to be safe we went to the clinic to have him tested. The receptionist was so sweet and talked to my son and made him smile. The nurse that took his height and weight was super sweet and friendly! She even brought him a popsicle since he said his throat hurt! The NP was so kind and checked him thoroughly. I’m assuming she’s got kids because she was so empathetic with me and him as well. The NP went above and beyond to give him some meds like Tylenol and Zyrtec before we left. I could tell she really wanted to make him more comfortable. It’s always a great experience when we go to Ouch which is why we keep going back! I would recommend them to anyone that needs urgent care.“
