They do have a sign saying to let the forklift drivers do their job and to stay in your truck but make sure you tell the forklift driver where the center of your trailer is and how you want it on your trailer otherwise you'll waste your time re-working the load because you're overweight on the drives which is what happened to me.

My load is 8 pallets long, along my trailer ,and he put 5 pallets past the center light towards the front of the trailer and 3 pallets behind the center light towards the bsck of the trailer. I was 2,500 pounds over on my drives.

Everyone was respectful, professional and helpful on the flatbed side of things though. When I told them my load was loaded wrong, they took care of it no problem and it helped me immediately which I really appreciated! Other than the hour I lost re-working the load, it's a solid place.

Also, their scale is off a little bit, but it's not by too much. I attached a photo of the CAT Scale ticket from the Pilot next door and wrote down the weights from their onsite scale so you can compare. You'll have to pull on their scale axle set by axle set, then do the math to figure out the axle weights.

Don't mind the 36,000 lbs. I've got a spread axle and can haul 40,000 lbs on the trailer, so that's the re-worked weights you're looking at with about 47,550 lbs of product on the trailer. My truck and trailer weigh with almost full tanks of fuel about 31,250 lbs.“
