I got an amazing Swedish relaxation massage from Christina Arrington.. She was very professional, created a very relaxing, peaceful atmosphere, and did amazing work on my back and neck. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and had a very clean and welcoming business. I highly recommend!!

Cristina is AMAZING! My doctor had recommended massage therapy after a car accident. When I went for my first appointment I could barely move my neck and my back felt as I I had repeatedly been hit with a sledge hammer. After my first visit, I had better range of motion and much needed pain relief. I’ve continued to get upper body massages to help manage the pain. I couldn’t speak more highly of Cristina. She was able able to tailor the massages to my specific issues, and I wouldn’t have been able to manage those first few weeks after the accident without her!
I came in to get a much needed hour upper body relaxation massage. Christina was my massage therapist and she was godly amazing, exactly who and what I needed. I was looking for complete relaxation and some upper back relief.
Christina hit all the points I needed without me even saying a word to her. It’s like she just knew exactly what I needed and where I needed the work. Christina made me feel beyond comfortable, for my first time at Pampered Bodies and I can’t thank her enough. I WILL be back and I want Christina every time!!
Highly recommend everyone ask for her if possible. She asked me if the pressure she was using was okay or if I wanted more but it was just right. Make sure you’re communicating with your therapist on your needs but fortunately, it’s just like Christina just KNOWS!
