3 rather significant errors in the last month prompts me to review. First was incorrect dosage of insulin ended up me being without for nearly a week - bad math, bad service. Next was the front desk attitude when trying to resolve that issue - flat out called me a liar. Third is when I request a refill and specifically state that my regular pharmacy was out. They sent it to the 'out' pharmacy and again, had to go without a sensor for the weekend. Just plain not paying attention and assuming they are right and the patient has little or no say. Shape up!!!

Went there because where I usually go would not take me, so decided to walk in and see if I could be seen , felt pretty bad. They took me, waited about 5 minutes and was sent back. Everyone (in back) was very sweet . Got in and out in about 35 minutes.

That big black lady at the front desk is not pleasant, and she has very distasteful phone manners.... But every one else is pleasant. But that one bad apple ruins the whole bunch.Update September 2022Thank God rid of her hallelujah!
