Love the staff. Katelynn Bonner is great and caring. The nursing staff is wonderful. They are very caring. Every time I go in there for an appt there is never a long wait. The one that checks me in has a smile on her face and very pleasant. The clinic is clean. Katelynn takes time with the patients. She listens to me and offers great advice.

This place is amazing! I had multiple issues getting an appointment with medical facilities in Meridian for blood work but I called here and they took my info right away and helped me get an appointment the same week! When I went there, they had me in the room ready for the provider even before my scheduled appointment time! The phlebotomist was so gentle and didn’t move the needle at all while switching out the sample vials. The front desk and nurse practitioner were also outstanding. I have never seen a medical practice go this smoothly and be so professional! I had a poor experience the last time I was there with someone over the phone, in regards to my insurance. She was very rude, and in turn upset me at the time. However, I ended up needing to be seen several months later and other than this one experience the staff are always phenomenal.
