This morning, I placed an order for evening pick-up. Unfortunately, there was a significant delay, and the order was over an hour late from the initially estimated time. I was already at the store when I received the notification that my order was ready. After indicating that I was outside waiting, it still took nearly an hour for them to bring out my order. The reason given was that they 'could not find it'. They also forgot an item in my order and would not answer the local store phone when I called again, which prompted me to have to call corporate.

Anytime is busy at Walmart but I think they should have certain hours that they do the pickup shopping there are more employees in the way than shoppers and they are all on there phones on FaceTime watching Netflix .. like arnt you at work ...? Also open freaking registers you have 10 employees standing around watching u self checkout witch messes up every other item or u put everything on table and then it says card only or vise versa but no one said anything ... Need better employees! And take there phone if you can't be at work without it go home !
