I called concerning a long overdue set of opioid type meds coming out of hospice. After calling back and forth with pharmacy also trying to get my situation squared away the woman in prescriptions accused me of raising my voice to deter the conversation when actually I moved phone and paper closer to my face to see and she accused me of getting loud and it threw the whole conversation off as she'd anticipated. We all know when octaves rise or when someone is swallowing the mic. My opioid situation coming off hospice has me in a dire situation 6 days now no relief
