The owner or manager is rude. I paid to get my legs waxed and the woman doing my legs could not see, even with her glasses, and left half of my leg unwaxed. When I tried to
communicate with her the issue, she tried to tweeze my hairs. When I told them I wasn’t paying $80 for half my leg to get waxed the owner became EVEN MORE rude than she had already been. She said she didn’t see an issue because she couldn’t see my blonde hair. Girl run your business into the ground if you want to but wouldn’t DARE step back in or refer anyone here.

My nails looked awful. I took them off went to another shop next day. My sister went and there were no other customers. She sat and waited while they were sweeping the floor . Two white ladies came in, they asked them what they needed done and immediately told them to come on to the back. My sister just got up and left. These are our experiences with this shop.

Not a lovely experience… paid $88 for nails that I had to return to the store ten minutes later to have fixed. Now ONE day later ALL ten nails have chips?!?! Staff is rude and I will never return. They want to charge huge fees for every little thing but you are not getting what you pay for.. expensive garbage nails is what you get here, how “Lovely”
