BSCI is Amazing. The professionalism, the patience, the dependability and the connections with The Ministry Group. From the initial driver ( that entertained at 4a.m ) to our relief driver that took us the rest of the way and stayed with us until we departed on SUNDAY afternoon. On a recent trip to Orlando, FL, Mr. Randy and Mr. Ray were absolutely the best! Mr. Randy remained professional, dependable, and provided excellent customer service. Mr. Ray took us from our location to meet Mr. Randy who remained with the group the rest of the trip. I couldn't have asked for better drivers. Both were attentive to the needs of the group. Kudos to BSCI for providing great drivers with excellent customer service!

Highly recommend. Bus we rented was clean. We went on a lengthy trip so we had 4 different drivers. They all were great and easy to work with. Demi with BSCI was a great help during the rental process. Very kind and informative. Will use them again.
