“The last time I came in without an appointment and a year and a half since the last haircut, Blair stayed after her shift to help me out. Then took another walk-in after me. Today, I came in without an appointment, and even though we’re perfect strangers, Blair started working 10-15mins before her shift again. Blair comes early, stays late, and always makes me look sharp. 10/10“
