I give this place a 4 star. I was shocked at how fast they had me in and out. Yes, if you do not register online, you may have to register for an estimated appt time and it may delay your time just a little, but definitely not like other hospitals or clinics will. My son had Covid and I was worried cause I missed my online given time twice, but they still had me in there very very fast once I filled out my registration. I was actually shocked at how fast it happened. The staff are also very nice and cooperative. They actually communicate and do not just send you on your way feeling clueless. Love this clinic a lot!
All staff were knowledgeable and friendly! From the receptionists to the Nurse Practitioners. They got me in and out fast but more importantly she treated my pneumonia efficiently! Dr. Rhonda Cox, CNP great job.
I appreciate that Fast Pace was open during lunch hours. The staff was very friendly and when the care I needed exceeded their capabilities the nurse was able to lead me in the right direction. I recommend Fast Pace Magee.
