This establishment doesn't specialize in rabbits. This evening our rabbit Lily, was very sick and we as a family, made an executive decision that she needed to be euthanized. I called URGIVET and explained our circumstances and they gladly offered to honor our wished and allowed us to bring Lily in. They were very polite and understanding. Thank you URGIVET.
We brought our Maltipoo in on a late Friday night . The staff was kind, compassionate and competent. It was hard to leave her over night but we knew she was in good hands. Then as soon as we got home our older dachsund was having trouble walking so back we went. I can’t say enough good about Urgivet. They did a wonderful job and made a difficult time easier. I’m so glad to know they are here. With five dogs, there is always the possibility of someone needing after hours care.
We were sent to this clinic after the other emergency vet couldn't treat our dog. And I'm thankful they did.
From the sweet girl at the front desk to the veterinarian, everyone was courteous and compassionate. They took my dog straight back and assessed his injuries.
