I went to Ulta on a mission for basically an all new makeup routine. I needed to be color matched for a new foundation and get tips on other products. I knew I wanted a full coverage foundation, so I asked about Clinique and BJ was so helpful. She reapplied my makeup using the foundation but did not try to sell me on the other higher end products. She was so helpful in telling me how to apply certain things and what to use, how, etc. Thank you BJ!!!
My mom and I went to this location on Sunday. My mom placed an online order for pickup. We were running late and ended up going in right before closing. We usually don’t like doing that because we know people like going home on time. Despite us being so close to closing time, Morgan was very helpful and patient. My mom had a question about one of the products in her order and Morgan not only explained everything to her about the product, she suggested alternative products that addressed my mom’s concerns. HAIRSTYLIST IRINA: Today I had haircut by Irina at Ulta Beauty, Madison, MS. One of the things that always stand out to me about Irina, is her attentive and cheerful nature. She made sure I got what I wanted, the way I wanted. She constantly asked me if I was satisfied with the way the cut is going and I was not afraid to say stop or let’s make a correction here.
