Jacob showed up on time for the estimate, provided the estimate in writing, stayed in touch regarding scheduling and working around the weather. His team was in and out in less than 12 hours. He followed up the next day and provided pictures of areas that needed replaced decking. It is the level of service and quality work people expect to pay for. Completely satisfied.
We used Pro-Shield Roof for the replacement of our roof after storm damage. Reeves Johnson who is mature beyond his years amazed us with his work ethic and how he managed his crew with getting the job done. As everyone knows it’s No cake walk dealing with the insurance companies and he spent plenty of time going back and fourth with them until we got everything thing needed approved. We are not easy people to please when it comes to quality and I would and do recommend them to anyone needing a roof. Ask for Reeves himself if you want someone who will always do right by you and backs his work!
Pro Shield Roofing was a great choice. There are lots of companies out there after researching I decided to go with Pro Shield. The use Premium Roofing Shingles with scotch guard to resist molding backed up by a 5 year Workmans Warranty. The workers did an excellent job covering areas that the shingles could cause damage. Did a great job cleaning up after the install. Financing was available to help me get the roof replaced. It’s a one stop shop very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly Recommend if you need a new roof
