I absolutely love this pediatric clinic! My son has been going here for a while, and every visit reminds me why I chose this place. Zaniya and Kelsey have been AMAZING — always patient, helpful, and so sweet. They make every appointment smooth and stress-free.

His pediatrician, Meredith, is truly the best I’ve ever had. She listens, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares. You can feel the love she has for her patients.

Honestly, the entire team is wonderful. Every lady I’ve ever spoken with — from the front desk to the nurses — has treated us with kindness and respect. I’m so grateful for a clinic that makes us feel safe, heard, and cared for every single time.

“Update: The doctor at this clinic did reach out to me and told me to contact her personally.. She let me speak with her nurse who was able to make my baby an appointment right away for Friday (2 days away) . We got there and was taken to the back pretty fast and seen by Dr Coakley (who was great with my baby) and gave him his vaccines. We will be returning. The environment was very friendly, wasn’t too packed with people . I would highly recommend Dr. Philiis Coakley at JPA.I have literally been trying to make an appointment with them for 3 months now.! The lady that’s answering the phone is STOPPING ALL of the business this clinic could be getting (it has been the same lady answering every time I call! ) She is RUDE! Act like she does not want to do her job! I had the previous doctor to send medical records twice and when I call to set an appointment at JPA to set a 6 month shot appointment she won’t even go pass “you need to tell the doctor to send his medical records”… I have never had to request records… it’s usually the clinic that does that. I will NEVER go there I can already see before I even let my child become a patient there that this clinic is not worth it.!! Get a NEW RECEPTIONIST!! This is on 1/10/2023 at 9:30am!“
