I recently took a jacket in that had a broken button on the sleeve for a cleaning without mentioning anything about it. When I got the jacket back not only was it nicely cleaned but I noticed the broken button had been replaced without any extra charge. I've used many other cleaners around town and this is the only one that paid that much attention to detail and didn't charge extra to do so!
