I love using Massage Envy, and I travel to Mississippi a lot for work, and I love their services! The price point for their hour massage is SO WORTH IT, AND you can use the services anywhere nationwide! - (There is an upcharge for some places if you have a membership in MS and use the services in NYC for example.) I get massaged every 3 weeks, and it has been LIFE CHANGING. I suggest anyone who works 40 hours a week get massaged AT LEAST once per month!
I had the absolute best experience with Stephanie! I have been having posture and really bad neck and back problems and she targeted exactly what I needed and talked to me through the whole process and was asking questions about my daily activities that could be affecting the pain. She definitely knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable about the issues I have been having and she even gave me homework to do!
