The staff is very friendly, helpful, kind, compassionate, and respectful, answering questions immediately and being available 24 hours a day. They offer pre-planning assistance, insurance services, and payment plans to fit any budget. Their services range from simple cremation to customized burial services, featuring a nice selection of caskets made in America. Customers report saving a substantial amount of money compared to other companies, noting there is no price gouging. The business goes above and beyond to help families in their time of need, putting customers' needs first and assisting with personal matters. Families describe it as a pleasant experience in a hard time, with beautifully written obituaries. They are highly recommended for their Compassion, Comfort, and Care.
They answer the phone and begin answering questions right off the bat. The other two companies I called, told me they’d call back, but took hours. I understand businesses get busy, but when your making these calls you’re already uncomfortable. Their staff is very friendly and helpful; AJ Berrios, Tommy Jones, and Wayne Flurry. Another young lady helped us as well, but I can’t recall her name. It was a pleasant experience in a hard time. They use caskets made in America, which gives jobs to lots of the southeastern US. We felt that was a great idea and liked we were helping put food on a table nearby. Their selection was also nice and we were able to pick something very fitting for our mother. Once I got the call back from other companies, I was baffled by their quotes. We were able to save a substantial amount of money by choosing Trinity Funeral Services and haven’t had a single regret.
Trinity Funeral Services went above and beyond to help me & my family during this difficult time. Mr. Wayne Flurry was kind, compassionate, respectful, and assisted us not only with my Dad's final arrangements, but some personal matters, as well. His business is there to truly help families in their time of need, not to take advantage of them by price gouging for their services. They definitely put their customers' needs first.
