I have been using this vet clinic for years for all my mutts. They have always taken very good care of my animals. Like most times, this recent one was an urgent call in and despite it being crazy busy, not only did they squeeze my little buddy in, but they really took very good care of him. He needed care as well as follow up shots. I was confused about what all was needed and before even trying to administer medicine or shots, they spoke with me and asked questions and actually ended up saving me from spending money on unnecessary meds and shots. It just goes to show, no matter how busy they are, they really care about the animal, not the money.
I had one of the best experiences I could have possibly asked for during such a heartbreaking time\. I had to make the incredibly difficult decision to put my dog down today, and the entire team at Singing River Veterinary Clinic was so kind, compassionate, and understanding\.
Dr\. Matt made everything so much easier for me\. He took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision\. His compassion and kindness meant more to me than I can put into words, especially on one of the hardest days I’ve ever had\.
I’m so thankful that my dog was in such caring hands, and… read full review
I made the mistake of trying a vet clinic closer to me.Singing River is about an hour from me. I ended up two days later taking my constant companion to Singing River because he didn’t get all the shots I requested and he needed from the clinic closer to me. I have always, always felt EVERYONE at Singing River truly cared about my pet. I have never felt like I was being rushed out even when the waiting room was full. Never felt like it was a bother even if I stopped in to get his nails trimmed. I will never put my pets health care in anyone else’s hands. Even if I had to drive several hours! It is so worth it to know he is being cared for by knowledgeable,… read full review
