Well the first bad experience is this boy that picks up the phone, because he's got an attitude out of this world and he's going to make you want to snap out on him because his tone and his voice is disrespectful and he has a very bad attitude. On top of that when I gave the VIN number, it came back saying things on my record that are not even there but when I go to every other insurance company I didn't have this problem.
