Called at 2:30 today for an emergency visit for my granddaughter and Dr was able to see her at 3:30. From answering the phone to checking out, every staff member was kind, receptive and helpful. Dr set our minds at ease and wants to follow up with my granddaughter in three months. If you are looking for a good, knowledgeable doctor for your eye needs, I highly recommend Precision Vision Long Beach!
The check-in receptionist, Keisha, is very good at her job. I overheard her explaining, several times, paperwork that a client needed to file. She was very patient and kind. To me this said a lot about her character.
I got a same day appointment. I thought I would get out of there with glasses only paying a 20 exam here. The exam was great. The frames were more than I expected and the lenses yet more. The gentlemen explained to me that these are digital progressive and took time to help me understand. All together a good trip and my expectation is set that I may need a few hundred after my insurance. The glasses should be available in about 2 weeks.Update- Harry is the best. He has helped my son and I stay in nice tuned glasses!
