NP Erica Turan and staff provided excellent service. After working 8 hours and driving 2 hours I was able to go to the Beatline walk-in clinic yesterday to get the treatment I needed with courteous, kind and considerate care (even though I was a little grumpy;) special sincere thanks to you Ms. Turan! This place is amazing, and it is that way because of the people who work there. From Lynn and the rest of the front office folks all the way through checkout it is always smooth and easy. Dr. Montz is incredible. She really takes her time, listens to what my concerns are, and comes up with a plan of attack. She knows my history and helps me deal with whatever I have going on while taking into account the way I work and play. The clinic is two minutes from my business, and I love the ease of getting in and out. At a time when healthcare is really tough, these folks are doing it right with a smiling face!
