We were on vacation and had an issue with our AC, called Dillards and they could come out same day with a couple hours of calling and got us back up and running very quickly. Fast, courteous and affordable. I highly recommend when in the Gulfport area.
John did a great job of diagnosing a water leak and making sure we were ready to get back on the road. Super friendly and knowledgeable. If I need repairs in South Mississippi again I will definitely call Dillard's RV!!
John did an excellent job assessing our inverter problem and trying a soft and hard reset. Determined it needed to be replaced or sent to authorized repair facility. He took the inverter out of the mix so we could use our outlets, advised how to minimize our discomfort during a snow and freezing temperatures time till the new inverter arrived. They installed the new inverter as soon as we got it.
