Great experience with our newest edition Domino. Staff was super friendly, kind and welcoming. His first vet visit was a success. Bonus points because they greeted my dog by his name when we walked in. Dr. James is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions as I am a first time dog mom.

We discovered Beatline Oaks last Thursday when our beloved pup became very sick. They were able to fit us in right away and asked us to leave her for some testing. When the results came back, the news was heartbreaking.
Dr. James was incredibly caring, compassionate, and patient as she walked us through our options. She never rushed us, pressured us, or made us feel like just another appointment. In fact, she made us feel as though we were her only patients that day.
