B and M roofing made our experience of getting a new roof painless. Jay O’Dell was our advocate in dealing with our insurance company . He was also very informative and educational in showing us all the options we had and guiding us to make the best choice . The team was very professional . The job was done in the timeframe we were told . Our property was spotless at the completion too. We enjoyed getting photos sent to our phones throughout the process . We could not be happier with the work from B&M Builders!! We needed a new roof after Zeta and wanted to go metal. Every salesman we talked to and quote we received from other companies were all the same, just generic numbers on paper. Brendan and Greg were different, they spoke with my husband and really made the connection we were looking for. Everyone was on the same page and there were no questions they couldn’t answer. The installation crew did an excellent job, didn’t try to cut any corners, pointed out areas that needed additional repair, and worked until dark every day. Thank you again for the hard work, amazing roof, and genuine customer service!!
