I called about a noisy dryer that sometimes took two cycles to fully dry. The repair man came immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Then he cleaned the lint from the ducts (all the way to the outside of the apartment complex), and now it's running like a champ. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Can't speak for some of the other posts, but I would recommend Anchor for sure, and will certainly call again if any other appliances have trouble. Almost forgot--his pricing is absolutely unbeatable.
It’s not a company, it’s one guy. Had a problem with my washer that I couldn’t do on my own and called him. He came out, took it apart, and found the problem within 30 minutes. He put it back together and haven’t had a problem since. He’s nice, quick, and reliable. After all was said and done, I was expecting to see a $100+ fee but he didn’t charge any exorbitant rates and was extremely well priced. If I ever have an appliance problem again, I know who to call.
