I have a Shitzu that has seizures along with other problems. There has never been a time that I called them that they didn't answer my questions or help me. They had been on vacation before when my dog ran out of her seizure medication. I phoned doc and he made several phone calls and had me go to the pharmacy where I got her meds. I highly recommend this service.
