Second computer I’ve taken to these folks. They take away the stress of having a computer that isn’t working correctly. Plus, their prices are very, very reasonable. Trustworthy, and experts in all electronic devices to include cell phones.

I brought my gaming laptop in to get optimized, and parts checked, wasn't expecting it to take 5 days but It was worth the wait, it runs so much better! No more lag, who would've guess a windows update could have a corrupted file. I will def be using them in the future! Price was even better

Got the blue screen of death on PC after updating printer software. Tried everything I knew and spent an entire day on the phone and chatting with MS and printer support. MS wanted me to factory reset, meaning I'd lose all my files.Called West Computers and explained my issue. They were friendly and professional, and understood the problem right away. They were optimistic about retrieving files but without giving me false hope.Turnaround was three business days and they saved my files, and they helped me with install of some MS programs lost.Will definitely use them again and couldn't recommend them more highly.
