The atmosphere of Emma's Beauty Bar surpasses any I’ve experienced in a salon (without knocking others..). I’ve been in Emma’s chair while another woman sat in Erykah’s trying to hold herself together because of the loss of a best friend. I’ve been in Erykah’s chair while another woman was in Emma’s chair in tears because of someone elsewhere butchering her hair. I’ve been in Emma’s chair while another woman was in Sarah’s chair elated and celebrating how great her feet looked after years of being too self conscious to wear sandals. I’ve seen Brittani heartbroken for a client going through a breakup who had to cancel because she knew she would squall through her lash appointment. I’ve watched Nikki pour into every single client who walks through the door, with a genuine smile on her face, no matter whose chair they’ll be sitting in, all while she’s carrying significant burdens and pain of her own. Emma’s Beauty Bar isn’t “just a salon” and the beautiful women in these photos aren’t just incredibly talented artists; these women are strong, loving, supportive, genuinely beautiful souls!!!
