We had a very good experience with Servicemaster of Laurel! Our conditions were not good—-busted pipe over the kitchen in a freeze. Ceiling fell and we had water throughout first floor. They did rapid water extraction, Sheetrock cutout, placement of numerous fans, and with sophisticated moisture detection instruments, we were spared of much! Excellent customer service, response to communication, etc. They were our storage provider throughout the repair period, and we were very pleased with that, as well. Highly recommend them!

Our home had a kitchen fire. The smoke damage was extensive. Smoke was in every room and in every item. We contacted Service Master and they were amazing. From day one, they were professional. They were extremely sensitive to our emotions and our attachment to items in our home as they removed each item. Service Master has always done such a wonderful job for us. They are always very thorough and pay attention to detail. We work crazy hours in the restaurant industry therefore, It’s hard to find time to have services like these done. Luckily, Service Master always comes after hours and we can trust them 100% to work alone and to also lock up or building correctly. We highly recommend Service Master!
