Olala Nail & Spa is a nicely decorated and clean salon where customers receive kind and accommodating service. Ivy and Vivian are mentioned as standout pedicurists, with Ivy praised for her wonderful job and Vivian for her excellent dip nails and polish change. However, it's noted that hidden fees should be made clear from the start, as some customers felt that they were encouraged to get more expensive services like dipped nails and gel polish. A specific request for a glitter-filled French nail with gel tips was mentioned, but the customer was offered dipped nails instead.
I have been going to this nail place for over a year. I can say for the most part I have used just about everyone there. I just went a couple of days ago for a refill. The girl that did my nails did a great job. I will definitely be asking for her again.
Go to BAYVID🥰!!!!!! He does great designs! If Bayvid is not available, then go to Lily😘. Red nails was Lily’s work. Galaxy and valentine‘s nails was Bayvids. I cannot express how pleased I am. Also shout out to John, he did my pedicure
This is one of the best nail salons i’ve been to in laurel. i always want designs and they always give me exactly what i want. All of the employees go above and beyond to please their customers.
