I moved to Laurel 5 months ago and have been remodeling my 109 year old house. A friend of mine called and said someone threw 2 puppies out of a car and her dog does not like dogs could I please foster them. So in the middle of all that I took 2 eight week old puppies and chose to keep (as my rescue dog had died of cancer almost a year ago and I was so missing having a dog in my life)my friend rescued the other. They are now Cinderella and Martha. The day they were given to me ,I took them to sawmill animal clinic to check for a chip and make sure they were OK and they were so gracious and kind. I’ve trusted Sawmill to care for my furbabies for over 20 years. This afternoon, we will pick up our cat Munchkin after spending 10 days there, several of which we didn’t know if he’d survive his illness. But thanks to Dr. Lance Jefcoat (and Dr. Moore last weekend), our furbaby is better and is coming home!! Sawmill Animal Hospital saved Munchkin’s life from an unknown acute intestinal illness. We are extremely grateful to all who cared for him!!
