Caleb was great! This was our first service. He patiently explained what he was doing. He answered any questions we had. He also provided some great advice about trimming back the trees/bushes that are touching our house. He even noticed a leaking outdoor faucet which he was able to turn off. Caleb appears to care about what he does. Finding an employee with integrity is a treasure. Thanks for doing a great job! I also want to compliment Jessica, the young woman in the office with whom I first had contact with at Holifield. She's friendly, yet professional.
