Caleb was great! This was our first service. He patiently explained what he was doing. He answered any questions we had. He also provided some great advice about trimming back the trees/bushes that are touching our house. He even noticed a leaking outdoor faucet which he was able to turn off. Caleb appears to care about what he does. Finding an employee with integrity is a treasure. Thanks for doing a great job! I also want to compliment Jessica, the young woman in the office with whom I first had contact with at Holifield. She's friendly, yet professional. I can tell she also cares about what she does and also has the integrity to do her job well. I'm glad we chose Holifield Pest Management.

First of all, it was easy to set up an appointment on the phone. The technician was on time for the appointment. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He got the work done in a professional time and manner. Great job!
